Dr Ricardo Lazaro

Dr. Lazaro is an expert in advanced periodontology and implant dentistry, holding the prestigious title of Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry, awarded by the American Academy of Periodontology. Originating from Barcelona, he earned his bachelor’s degree in dentistry from the University of Barcelona and further specialized in Clinical Periodontology and Dental Esthetics diplomas endorsed by the Departments of Biomaterials/Handicap Researchat the University of Gothenburg. His dedication to advanced training led him to achieve a master’s degree in Implant Dentistry, Periodontics, and Oral Surgery from UCAM University, Spain.

Ricardo Lazaro’s pursuit of excellence brought him to Boston, where he completed a three-year Advanced Specialty Program in Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, alongside a Master of Science in Dental Research. He now serves as Adjunct Faculty at Tufts, contributing to both education and research. His commitment to advancing the field was further recognized with an ITI Scholarship, enabling him to conduct rigorous research at Queen Mary University of London – The Royal London Dental Hospital, where he holds a clinical research associate position.

Dr. Lazaro’s extensive training and international experience, encompassing private practice in London and Barcelona, have equipped him with a profound expertise in periodontal health, implantology, and dental esthetics. This diverse background allows him to provide tailored, high-quality care to his patients, meeting their unique dental needs with personalized treatment solutions.
