I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from start to finish. My daughter was extremely anxious about having root canal treatment, but says she could barely feel anything. Rose (Endodontist) has a very professional and calming manner. The whole experience was the best experience my daughter has had at a dental practice. Belle (Nurse) was also so kind and caring, helping to completely put my daughter at ease. I can’t recommend Smile HQ and its staff enough. Also ladies on reception go above and beyond to Welcome you and put you at ease. Special mention to Hannah, for helping us get the quickest correct type of appointment, thoroughly answering all our questions. Seamless experience 😊

Fantastic clinic. Very friendly, helpful and caring staff and clinicians. The practice has been beautifully designed and doesn’t make you feel like you’re sitting in a dental practice which is a massive bonus. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high standard and quality dental care.

What an amazing experience I had from start to finish. The facilities were first of all immaculate and the staff were so professional and friendly. I am over the moon with my final result (8 composite veneers) and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Dr Pola Reza. Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. It’s a truly state of the art facility, stylish and modern. You feel very relaxed the moment you walk in. I saw Dr Sasha and his Nurse Charlotte who were both excellent and very professional. Certainly a dental practice where I feel in safe hands and will continue to visit for years to come.
