I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.

The practice has been beautifully designed and doesn’t make you feel like you’re sitting in a dental practice which is a massive bonus. Unbelievable experience at Smile HQ. Pola & Claire were incredible, they were patient and listened to all of my needs and wants. I had my composite bonding done today and they are perfect. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. It’s a truly state of the art facility, stylish and modern. You feel very relaxed the moment you walk in. I saw Dr Sasha and his Nurse Charlotte who were both excellent and very professional. Certainly a dental practice where I feel in safe hands and will continue to visit for years to come.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from start to finish. My daughter was extremely anxious about having root canal treatment, but says she could barely feel anything. Rose (Endodontist) has a very professional and calming manner. The whole experience was the best experience my daughter has had at a dental practice. Belle (Nurse) was also so kind and caring, helping to completely put my daughter at ease. I can’t recommend Smile HQ and its staff enough. Also ladies on reception go above and beyond to Welcome you and put you at ease. Both Hannah and Charlotte looked after me very well. The best hygienist appointment I’ve had with no discomfort at all. Anyone who’s scared of going to the dentist has nothing to worry about here. Great coffee too!!
