The moment I walked into Smile HQ, I felt like I stepped into a Harley Street clinic – so clean and kind service. Dr Sasha took his time to explain and make sure I was very comfortable. The best dentist I’ve ever met who was actually so knowledgeable. Charlotte was brilliant and always had a smile on her face! 100% recommend this place!

With the sorry state of my teeth, being embarrassed and somewhat scared, the staff at Smile HQ have gone above and beyond themselves in making me always feel at ease. Absolutely fantastic treatment from start to finish. My daughter was extremely anxious about having root canal treatment, but says she could barely feel anything. Rose (Endodontist) has a very professional and calming manner. The whole experience was the best experience my daughter has had at a dental practice. Belle (Nurse) was also so kind and caring, helping to completely put my daughter at ease. I can’t recommend Smile HQ and its staff enough. Also ladies on reception go above and beyond to Welcome you and put you at ease. Special mention to Hannah, for helping us get the quickest correct type of appointment, thoroughly answering all our questions. Seamless experience 😊

Receptionist Kiera is an absolute delight to talk to. So refreshing from your ordinary rude front of house receptionists, lovely attitude and very helpful.

What an amazing experience I had from start to finish. The facilities were first of all immaculate and the staff were so professional and friendly. I am over the moon with my final result (8 composite veneers) and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Dr Pola Reza. A big thank you to the dental assistant Claire, and the Front of House staff Hannah & Holly for making my experience so amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Both Hannah and Charlotte looked after me very well. The best hygienist appointment I’ve had with no discomfort at all. Anyone who’s scared of going to the dentist has nothing to worry about here. Great coffee too!!
