Hygiene appointment - both the hygienist and nurse were very friendly and informative, they made the appointment feel very easy and eased my nerves immediately. Very professional and not only do my teeth feel great after but I have some useful tips to help me maintain a great clean. Thank you again ladies, 10/10 highly recommend!! :)

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. It’s a truly state of the art facility, stylish and modern. You feel very relaxed the moment you walk in. I saw Dr Sasha and his Nurse Charlotte who were both excellent and very professional. Certainly a dental practice where I feel in safe hands and will continue to visit for years to come.

My experience at Smile HQ was the best!! Sasha and Charlotte were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I would highly highly recommend going here! I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice.
