What an amazing experience I had from start to finish. The facilities were first of all immaculate and the staff were so professional and friendly. I am over the moon with my final result (8 composite veneers) and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Dr Pola Reza. A big thank you to the dental assistant Claire, and the Front of House staff Hannah & Holly for making my experience so amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Two visits now; consultations and a hygienist appointment yesterday, always made to feel very comfortable in a professional environment… from an individual who has never been comfortable or wanting to visit the dentist, Smile HQ has completely changed my perspective and view of the experience! My experience at Smile HQ was the best!! Sasha and Charlotte were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I would highly highly recommend going here! I had composite bonding and I am over the moon with my results. They really listen to what you are after and if anything exceeds all expectations. I’m very happy!

I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.

Receptionist Kiera is an absolute delight to talk to. So refreshing from your ordinary rude front of house receptionists, lovely attitude and very helpful.

Hygiene appointment - both the hygienist and nurse were very friendly and informative, they made the appointment feel very easy and eased my nerves immediately. Very professional and not only do my teeth feel great after but I have some useful tips to help me maintain a great clean. Thank you again ladies, 10/10 highly recommend!! :)

I saw Dr Bal and have been so pleased with my treatment. He really listens to what you want to achieve and speaks through your treatment plan in so much detail. Very natural results which is what I wanted :) Couldn't recommend him enough!

Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. It’s a truly state of the art facility, stylish and modern. You feel very relaxed the moment you walk in. I saw Dr Sasha and his Nurse Charlotte who were both excellent and very professional. Certainly a dental practice where I feel in safe hands and will continue to visit for years to come.
