I saw Dr Bal and have been so pleased with my treatment. He really listens to what you want to achieve and speaks through your treatment plan in so much detail. Very natural results which is what I wanted 🙂 Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Wow, what can I say about Smile HQ. It is a team full of experience but not just in their field of dentistry, but their customer service and their kindness to patients is second to none. Dr. Vish is amazing with the care and detail of his planning for your treatment and gets you that forever smile at the end of treatment. Hygiene appointment – both the hygienist and nurse were very friendly and informative, they made the appointment feel very easy and eased my nerves immediately. Very professional and not only do my teeth feel great after but I have some useful tips to help me maintain a great clean. Thank you again ladies, 10/10 highly recommend!! 🙂

The atmosphere was so peaceful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They listened to my needs and considered my comfort every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I felt so confident walking out after just one clean. Already have my next appointments booked in. Now going to the dentist isn’t so scary.

Receptionist Kiera is an absolute delight to talk to. So refreshing from your ordinary rude front of house receptionists, lovely attitude and very helpful.

I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.

With the sorry state of my teeth, being embarrassed and somewhat scared, the staff at Smile HQ have gone above and beyond themselves in making me always feel at ease.
