Discreet Invisalign Aligners
A misaligned, overcrowded, or gappy smile can harm your self-esteem and put the future health of your teeth at risk. But if wearing traditional braces doesn’t appeal, we can give you the smile of your dreams without a metal wire in sight.
Invisalign® is the world’s most popular clear alignment treatment. A convenient alternative to braces, Invisalign® is removable and discreet. You’ll barely notice you’re wearing it and—best of all—neither will anybody else!
BOOK CONSULTATIONSmile-Making Cutting Edge Technology
We’d love to let you believe Invisalign® is magic, but there’s a considered science behind every smile it improves. Invisalign® uses gentle pressure against the teeth created by clear, removable aligners.
Every Invisalign® aligner is unique —made for your smile. Before your treatment, we’ll take precise scans of your teeth and jaw to plan every slight tooth movement.
Invisalign® treatment involves multiple stages. At each step, you’ll swap your aligner, without the need for a trip to the dentist each time. Your new aligner might look like the last, but it’s slightly different. Every new aligner helps your teeth move closer to smile perfection.

problems
Am I a Candidate for Invisalign® Treatment?
Invisalign® is a versatile treatment that fixes several common orthodontic problems, including:
- Crooked teeth
- Overcrowded smiles
- Gaps between teeth
- Bite problems like overbite, crossbite, underbite, and more
Your Invisalign® Process Treatment Plan
Every Invisalign® treatment plan is bespoke. First, our team will begin a full smile assessment, taking digital scans of your teeth and jaw to measure and plan every precise movement.
To get this exactly right, we use innovative software that accurately predicts how your smile looks at every step of the journey, including the final outcome.
During your consultation, we’ll show you how your smile will look after Invisalign® and then discuss how we’ll achieve it.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll send your digital impressions to the lab, and a couple of weeks later, your first aligners will arrive. Then, it’s down to you to wear your aligner as directed.
Every two weeks, we’ll give you a new aligner. Wear them in the order we give them, and you’ll start seeing a change in just a few months.
Your exact treatment length will vary depending on the position of your teeth. Mild cases take around six months, while more complex issues take longer.
When your new smile is ready, you can stop wearing your aligner and start loving the results.

What an amazing experience I had from start to finish. The facilities were first of all immaculate and the staff were so professional and friendly. I am over the moon with my final result (8 composite veneers) and I couldn’t be happier with the work completed by Dr Pola Reza. A big thank you to the dental assistant Claire, and the Front of House staff Hannah & Holly for making my experience so amazing. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Receptionist Kiera is an absolute delight to talk to. So refreshing from your ordinary rude front of house receptionists, lovely attitude and very helpful.
I saw Dr Bal and have been so pleased with my treatment. He really listens to what you want to achieve and speaks through your treatment plan in so much detail. Very natural results which is what I wanted 🙂 Couldn’t recommend him enough!
Hygiene appointment – both the hygienist and nurse were very friendly and informative, they made the appointment feel very easy and eased my nerves immediately. Very professional and not only do my teeth feel great after but I have some useful tips to help me maintain a great clean. Thank you again ladies, 10/10 highly recommend!! 🙂
Wow, what can I say about Smile HQ. It is a team full of experience but not just in their field of dentistry, but their customer service and their kindness to patients is second to none. Dr. Vish is amazing with the care and detail of his planning for your treatment and gets you that forever smile at the end of treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic and their specialist services in cosmetic dentistry and Implants.
Unbelievable experience at Smile HQ. Pola & Claire were incredible, they were patient and listened to all of my needs and wants. I had my composite bonding done today and they are perfect. Highly recommend!
Two visits now; consultations and a hygienist appointment yesterday, always made to feel very comfortable in a professional environment… from an individual who has never been comfortable or wanting to visit the dentist, Smile HQ has completely changed my perspective and view of the experience! Looking forward to my next visit.
By far one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been looking for a good dentist for a long time and always leave disappointed. The moment I walked into Smile HQ, I felt like I stepped into a Harley Street clinic – so clean and kind service. Dr Sasha took his time to explain and make sure I was very comfortable. The best dentist I’ve ever met who was actually so knowledgeable. Charlotte was brilliant and always had a smile on her face! 100% recommend this place!

BOOK CONSULTATIONFrequently Asked Questions
How often do I need to wear my Invisalign aligners each day?
For the best results, Invisalign aligners should be worn for around 20–22 hours a day. You’ll only remove them to eat, drink anything other than water, brush, or floss. Wearing them consistently is key to ensuring your teeth move as planned.
Will Invisalign affect how I speak?
Some patients notice a very slight lisp when they first start wearing Invisalign, but this usually disappears within a few days as your mouth adjusts. Because the aligners are so thin and well-fitted, most people can speak normally very quickly.
Do I need to wear retainers after Invisalign treatment?
Yes. Once your Invisalign treatment is complete, you’ll need to wear retainers to keep your teeth in their new positions. This is a normal part of any orthodontic treatment, and your dentist at Smile HQ will give you clear guidance on how often to wear them.
