Two visits now; consultations and a hygienist appointment yesterday, always made to feel very comfortable in a professional environment… from an individual who has never been comfortable or wanting to visit the dentist, Smile HQ has completely changed my perspective and view of the experience! Unbelievable experience at Smile HQ. Pola & Claire were incredible, they were patient and listened to all of my needs and wants. I had my composite bonding done today and they are perfect. Highly recommend!

I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.

The atmosphere was so peaceful. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They listened to my needs and considered my comfort every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I felt so confident walking out after just one clean. Already have my next appointments booked in. Now going to the dentist isn’t so scary.

Receptionist Kiera is an absolute delight to talk to. So refreshing from your ordinary rude front of house receptionists, lovely attitude and very helpful.

Wow, what a great experience I have had a Smile HQ. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, the clinic itself is spotless and it looks great. Pola was so lovely and I can’t believe how in a few hours he transformed my teeth. I am over the moon with the results. The man is an absolute genius at what he does and I couldn’t recommend him more, so professional and the best in the business. Thank you!

I saw Dr Bal and have been so pleased with my treatment. He really listens to what you want to achieve and speaks through your treatment plan in so much detail. Very natural results which is what I wanted 🙂 Couldn’t recommend him enough!

The moment I walked into Smile HQ, I felt like I stepped into a Harley Street clinic – so clean and kind service. Dr Sasha took his time to explain and make sure I was very comfortable.
