What Is a Smile Makeover?
A smile makeover is a coordinated combination of cosmetic dental treatments, planned and delivered as a complete programme to address every aspect of your smile that needs attention.
Concerns we treat include:
- Chipped, cracked, and broken teeth
- Stained or discoloured smiles
- Crooked, crowded, or gappy teeth
- Missing or failing teeth
- Uneven or worn tooth edges
- Disproportionate tooth size and shape
Treatments we combine:
- Professional teeth whitening
- Composite bonding and composite veneers
- Porcelain veneers
- Invisalign clear aligners
- Dental implants
- Crowns and bridges
Your Smile Makeover Process
Your makeover starts with a consultation that is given the time it deserves. We take photographs, digital scans, and impressions, and talk through your concerns in detail. The clearer our picture of what you want, the more precisely we can design a plan to deliver it.
That plan is then set out fully: every treatment involved, the sequence it will follow, the total timeline, and the complete investment. There are no vague estimates and nothing left to work out later.
Makeovers vary enormously in scope. A straightforward cosmetic bonding transformation can be done in a single visit. Multi-stage treatments involving orthodontics, restorations, or implants may take six months or more. Whatever the case, we build everything around your schedule and keep communication clear throughout.

Absolutely fantastic treatment from start to finish. My daughter was extremely anxious about having root canal treatment, but says she could barely feel anything. Rose (Endodontist) has a very professional and calming manner. The whole experience was the best experience my daughter has had at a dental practice. Belle (Nurse) was also so kind and caring, helping to completely put my daughter at ease. I can’t recommend Smile HQ and its staff enough. Also ladies on reception go above and beyond to Welcome you and put you at ease. Special mention to Hannah, for helping us get the quickest correct type of appointment, thoroughly answering all our questions. Seamless experience 😊
I had the best experience at Smile HQ. The customer service was excellent and everyone was very professional and friendly. Pola and Charlotte made me feel very comfortable during my treatment and my end results are amazing!
I have visited SmileHQ for a consultation only, so cannot comment on actual treatment received at this point. However, from my initial enquiry through to my consultation, I have been extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of all of the staff I have so far encountered. There has been no pressure to proceed with treatment and the refundable deposit for the consultation should you decide not to go ahead is commendable and shows an element of the ethos at this practice. I feel very confident in their ability and expertise in this field to eventually make me smile again and would highly recommend anyone taking the first steps on their own personal journey with SmileHQ.
By far one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! I’ve been looking for a good dentist for a long time and always leave disappointed. The moment I walked into Smile HQ, I felt like I stepped into a Harley Street clinic – so clean and kind service. Dr Sasha took his time to explain and make sure I was very comfortable. The best dentist I’ve ever met who was actually so knowledgeable. Charlotte was brilliant and always had a smile on her face! 100% recommend this place!
Couldn’t recommend Pola and his team enough. Pola is thorough and explains everything and makes you feel in safe hands. The girls are also amazing, massive thanks to Hannah for everything she helped me set my app up and the aftercare is amazing. Claire is so lovely and personable every visit and Sophie is brilliant during my sessions with Pola.
Fantastic clinic. Very friendly, helpful and caring staff and clinicians. The practice has been beautifully designed and doesn’t make you feel like you’re sitting in a dental practice which is a massive bonus. Would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high standard and quality dental care.
Hygiene appointment – both the hygienist and nurse were very friendly and informative, they made the appointment feel very easy and eased my nerves immediately. Very professional and not only do my teeth feel great after but I have some useful tips to help me maintain a great clean. Thank you again ladies, 10/10 highly recommend!! 🙂
My experience at Smile HQ was the best!! Sasha and Charlotte were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease, I would highly highly recommend going here! I had composite bonding and I am over the moon with my results. They really listen to what you are after and if anything exceeds all expectations. I’m very happy!

BOOK CONSULTATIONFrequently Asked Questions
How long does a smile makeover take?
It depends on the treatment combination, with bonding-only makeovers completed in a day and multi-stage makeovers involving orthodontics, implants, or veneers taking several months, and we will give you a clear, realistic timeline at consultation.
Will my smile look natural after my makeover?
Yes, that is central to how we work, so rather than designing smiles that look obviously done we design smiles that look naturally, authentically better than before using your facial proportions and features as our guide.
Can I see real before-and-after results?
Absolutely, our online gallery and practice portfolio showcase genuine results from our own patients, and we encourage every new patient to browse these as they are the most honest representation of what we can achieve.
How do I get to SmileHQ from Southend-on-Sea?
From Southend, take the A127 westbound toward Brentwood for roughly 35-40 minutes by car to reach our practice at 105 High Street, Brentwood, CM14 4RR, where free parking is available on site, and we recommend a morning appointment to avoid heavier westbound traffic.
