Porcelain Veneers FAQ
With technological advances in dentistry and using the world’s best dental technicians there may be very little or no reduction at all needed to natural teeth.
Straightening your teeth with braces or Invisalign is not always necessary prior to having porcelain veneers, as having veneers can help skip this stage. Straightening your teeth first will help limit the amount of tooth reduction needed.
As the preparation of your teeth is very minimal or sometimes none at all, you may not require any anaesthetic. In cases where more reduction is needed, you may opt for numbing to give you some comfort.
There is no minimum amount, this is individual based, you can have from a single tooth porcelain veneer to multiple. This will depend on your desired outcome.
